Polar. RS100 Heart Rate Monitors wrist unit displays and records your heart rate and exercise data during exercise. Enter your personal settings into the wrist unit and analyze exercise information after your workouts. The Polar Coded Transmitter sends your heart rate signal to the wrist unit. The electrode areas on the back of the transmitter detect your heart rate.

This watch is fantastic. Great quality and ergonomics.
It just does what it says and its super easy to use.
I went for this model as I liked the design and want the benefit to see the time when i run.
I recommend it without hesitation.

bought this as a fathers day pressie, its been great so far, used on every run and a great way to monitor fitness/time/speed/heartrate. i was unsure which to buy as there are so many on offer but if you are looking for a heart rate monitor and watch for a runner this is the one.

Great bit of kit. Easy to use / set up and has all what is required for your monitoring needs. I like the new "soft" chestband.Display big and clear and easy to understand.
